Help Magic keeps restarting and I cant boot to recovery mode!

Well. I was playing with my HTC Magic, on which I had previously installed the Rogers 2.1 update. So...

I rooted my phone
Downloaded ROM Manager
And from that, I downloaded Custom Kernel.

I then selected to backup my existing ROM and wipe data. After backing up the ROM, it kept restarting like crazy.

So... I removed the battery for 1 hour and then put it again, and WITHOUT pressing anything, it turned on and kept restarting by itself. O_O

What must I do to fix this?(Buying a new phone is not an option

) I promise I will be a good boy if I fix it. *boohooho* T_T

I had low battery. Dunno if that caused it.

If I hold vol down+power, I go to hboot, then fastboot. I connect my USB, type adb devices on cmd but it doesn't display anything!! O;

Haha! This happened to me too, rebooting without touching it, adb not detecting my phone. Well, I sent it in for repairs (even though it was rooted and all), just got it back, working like a charm. Apparently, they had to put in a new motherboard, got lucky though, they didn't send it in to HTC. :)
