Magical Disappearing FolderOrganizer 2.5.4lite widgets

I've been playing around with FolderOrganizer v2.5.4lite on my Droid X (v2.1, no root) with Launcher Pro home replacement.

I really like the scrollable folder widgets. But usually within an hour all the apps in each folder widget just magically disappear and I'm left with empty folders!

Is this a bug? Do I need to purchase the full version to make it work properly? Anyone else experiencing this? Fixes?
