I have a Galaxy S7 that was recently updated to Oreo, Android version 8.0. Before the update, long-press selected text. But now when I long press, it's popping up with a magnifying glass rectangle window instead. It seems to do it when highlighting hyperlinks. I've checked my settings and accessibility features and magnification is turned off. I've searched high and low for an answer with no luck. I've attached a screen shot of the problem. This is very annoying and I don't need magnification. Is there any way to disable this?
