Help Mail has stopping to recive new mails..

Hello,

My HTC MAGIC stopped reciving mails one week ago, on the 15th oktober. And I dont know what to do..

I have tried removing my account/adding it again, it still only fetches the mails that where fetched before the 15th oktober.


I have the same mailsetup on my own computer, fetches new mails just fine, no problems.

Any suggestions what to do? Iam a newuser..

Hi. Go here and do what it says. Will probably fix your problem but in any case won't hurt anything. There was a problem with the Gmail service a while ago and the phone gets indigestion when that happens.

Hello,

Thanks for the help, but its not GMAIL thats the problem, its my own mail using the "Mail" app using imap.


Did try the fix anyways, still problem exist.
