How do i keep all my e mails in the in box? its only holding mail for a couple of days then deletes it all except for the latest ones

Hi, and welcome!

It isn't deleting the mails from your email account--it just isn't holding them on the phone, where they would take up precious space.

You can still access them on your computer, or through a browser on the phone.
