MailDroid, How can i free up space, URGENT

How do i free up space, as its taking up 300mb, my phone is FULL, i cant find the maildroid folder ..i have deleted photos etc,but i need to Free up space URGENTLY, as phone has warning message, and wont function properly .. Maildroid takes up most space of any app, even tho ive deleted emails with Photos / attachments etc etc HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

Ive already done this, Thanks .. i need to clear something i guess from the Maildroid Folder ? as its a Massive file size for my phone ( 300MB )

It's probably that you are storing a lot of messages (including attachments) on the phone. So deleting some old messages from the phone is my guess (check your settings to make sure you don't delete them from the server if you don't want to). Maybe archiving them and not keeping the full archive folder on your phone would be the way to do it. Or perhaps you can tell it to reduce the number of messages it keeps synced and it will remove older ones from the phone?

I don't currently have MailDroid installed so can't check options to make explicit suggestions, hence just some general ideas here.

Uninstall mail Droid and use a different mail app
