Maildroid Pro check email frequency setting?

Hi,
I have just paid out for Maildroid Pro on my Samsung Galaxy S6 edge, but I can not find how to set the frequency that Maildroid will check my emails.
I would be grateful for any help, please.

It's under Connection Management - Default Rules (Default Rule) - Then Connection Management (again) & it's about 1/2 way down the page.
