Maintaining Ratings from Paid to Free

I would think not.
I rate applications differently when I have to pay for them.
With the exchange of money comes the increased in expectation.
 
I mean like literally physically lose them in the android market. In the app store you can switch an app that you developed from free to paid or from paid to free whenever you want. But if i understand correctly i have heard that in the android market once you set your app as free or paid you cant change it without uploading it again which then you lose all the ratings from when it as already uploaded. If anyone knows how i could switch my app from switch to paid and vice versa without actually deleting and uploading again..Please let me know!!! Thanks
 
Not sure but i dont think you can. You can change it from free to trial i believe, but you would still have to make a separate paid app.
