I love the app - actually cancelled my Rhapsody subscription (up until yesterday). Huge music fan - need a subscription service - it's cheaper than me having to buy individual tracks.
Anyway, up until about a week ago, life was good. Then, Google Play Music started acting up - and it's pretty much constant I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling updates - still have the same issue. It happens on BT, speaker, or headphones.
When a track starts - it will be at about 50% of the set volume. It will jump from the 50% up to full volume midway through the track, Happens EVERY TIME.
I tried to get the S4 swapped out - T-Mobile said that it was an issue with the app - which I tend to agree with - but - unlike other apps - have no idea how to contact Google directly to try to get this resolved.
Any ideas??
