Major problem!!

Ok. Hubby (told him not to by the way) got.into the setting s and some other stuff on his ZTE Merit and managed to shut down his connection, network and everything else. I done reset to factory setting with the code and got it back up but now he has no connection no 3g. Cant call cant text NOTHING! What can i do to fix this without having to call the company???

Hello MalindaDawn to fix ur phone issue Power off the phone and Press and hold Volume up, Menu and Power key until the phone goes to recovery mode and Use volume keys to move the cursor up and down and Move cursor to wipe data/factory reset, press Back key to select it and now move cursor down to Yes press Back key to select it and select reboot system now at the end press so just press Back key to reboot the phone normally ,give a try with I hope this will fix it but will lose all data’s else next option visit near corporate carrier stores they will help u out.
