Major Service Issues Today!!

Hello all,

I live in CT and as of a few hours ago I have no 3G coverage and very limited cell service. I use Boost, which I found out has no tech support and no humans you can talk to. Since Boost runs on Sprint, I called them, and they just transfer me to Boost lol! Has anyone heard of any network issues that have occurred or point me in a direction where I could check the status myself? Thank you for your time!

No issues in GA. Try updating your PRL, Profile and make sure firmware is as well up to date.

No issue in Twin Cities are of MN or Western WI.

Border of PA and NJ. Interstate 78 area. Major problems. 3g going off completely. 3g still there but cannot connect to the net. All sorts of issues. Its driving me up the wall! Only way to reconnect is to reboot the phone. Maybe cycling Airplane Mode will do the trick too but haven't tried. I feel like my phone is about to grow a set of wings!

To reach a human on Boost call 866 402 7366. Dial 88 as soon as the machine picks up. When the person asks your for your dealer ID just state that you're a customer.
