Make and receive Calls from PC.

Is there a APP that makes it possible to make and recive calls from my computer?

Either via network or USB?

Google Voice.
It's a different phone number but you can soooo much with it. Visual voice mail, texts, call forwarding, online access...check it out.

Also, alot of people use Skype for this. With it you can make either voice or video calls(as long as you have a webcam). I've only tried the video calls, however, other people have told me that they use the voice call feature regularly. It's free as long as you are making a call within the United States. Hope this helps.

PS: Forgot to mention that you will also need a set of headphones that have a microphone connection. You can find these at any electronic store such as Best Buy or New Egg/Ebay.
