make gmail actually useful

Been trying to make each sender have a separate file no luck
advice not for Android maybe
also how to unarchive anything without waiting for a reply that probably won't happen
unrelated how to get rid of storage running out messages I know but cannot buy SD card right now

Umm in general each of your email sender's have it's own file that's called (conversation) to and from with every individual that send you email. Because basically all your emails is not in the same place they're in separate email files so what's your real question?
