Help Make phone trust PC automatically upon connection via USB

Newbie
Every time I plug my phone into my PC I have to unlock the phone, pull down the notifications menu, tap the charging notification and tap the file transfer notification. Is there not some way I can tell my phone to trust my own PC and not ask this every time?

Windows 10, Samsung Galaxy S5, Resurrection Remix ROM Nougat/Android 7
