Apps Making an Android app about my job.

Hello everybody.My job is about textile.i want to make a program that i just create specified tasks (like counting of products,manufacturing of products)one time and then it is remembered me every needed things in specified time.When i add the same task, i dont need to code again(for example : counting different product types but they have same things or subjects).I also want to hide every information.Finally i need to a notification system when i dont use this program(or when i use another program or search on internet)i get a notification about my task.I am using Android platform.i know java language as middle level.Which information have to i know for making this program?Where can i start to do it?I will wait your replies.

Android Studio is best. There is lots of tutorials available in youtube. Learn the basics of android app development from there .You can easily create an app for your purpose best of luck

I'm no kind of developer but I can tell you Security Guards have an Android app for doing tours. Repetitive functions In a random pattern.

There has to be a way to do it. Not quite working like my company thought.
