Making custom go launcher ex themes

I recently found the go launcher ex and I like it more than the original launcher and while there are quite a few themes available I would like to make my own theme. I found some kind of themes factory on th go launcher site but it didnt import images properly so I couldnt get it to work other people are making themes somehow tho so if anyone knows of some guide or tips or something I would really appreciate it.

And by the way sorry if this has been asked I did try to run a search tho and didnt find anything.
