Making links work in PDFs

I created a small PDF with a link. You tap on a text link and it takes you to another page. This works in Adobe Reader on the PC, but when loaded into three different Android phones, it doesn't. Are these links supposed to work? I create them in Adobe Acrobat.

For reading PDF on your Android phone, you have to use your stock PDF reader application or you have to install a PDF reader app (from market).

Most PDF reader can follow URL links in the PDF document.
ReploGo Reader can follow also links within the PDF document.

Doesn't work on my phone either. Which is just a shame.

At least adobe added portfolio support on the last update. Now I don't have to carry around a dozen pdf files.

I installed Adobe Reader a while back and have since switched back to QuickOffice on my Droid as the default PDF reader because it makes web addresses and phone numbers clickable, even when they aren't so in the file. Adobe Reader doesn't do this.

Quick Office is no longer available. Acrobat Reader does not follow bookmarks on my pdf. Any other suggestions for my Droid? thanks.
