Not too many people would have the guts to fly a drone around New York City considering the suspicions it may draw. One man went a few steps further, accidentally crashing one into the 40th floor of the Empire State Building. It crash-landed on a 35th floor terrace, he asked building security for it back, and was promptly arrested.
The 29-year old is being charged with, "reckless endangerment and aviation in and over the city."
