Help Manage Applications Icons Slow to Load

Hey when I go to manage applications it seems to take a few seconds for all the icons to load from the generic android picture that is there. Is this normal?

I am new to the android in general so I have no idea whats normal and whats not.

Yep, it's normal. It's been like that on all of my Android phones.
