Manage links and tabs

Hello,

While I open Internet browser in LG L9 (4.1.2), I see counter of all open tabs.
1. Is there a way to close all of those tabs in one click (as I have for Chrome -> Right Click -> Close all tabs
2. How can I manage my mobile, that all links will be open in the same tab?
