I have an app called com.samsung.android.apps.managerwatchstub but I dont own one or I cant find it on my phone please help me take it off what to do

Hello there!
My best guess that is needed if in the future you decide to pair a smartwatch with it.
If so, I'd leave it, it's not doing any harm.

No what I meant wasy android device and I dont own one so the real question is that how did it get on here someone had synced their wearable and yes I dont own one that file did I find it was an app on

It's always been there, baked into the Samsung version of Android. It's a system app or process that all Samsung Galaxy phones have. My S7 has it. It's quite benign, doesn't do anything at all, unless you actually connect a Samsung Tizen smart-watch.

Huawei phones have something similar, but for Huawei watches.

What security app is this? Because some of them are really just snake oil, and may not be giving you good information, or are just plain telling porkies. Especially "free" ones from China.
