I have been happy this phone until recently.
Phone is non-rooted ( and I'd like to keep it that way now )
I'm running out of room on USB internal memory, and moving apps from USB to Internal memory does not solve the problem.
Decided to Searching around the "files app" to see what was taking up all my memory. I was able to find a folder
File/Android/Data/com.amazon.venezia/Cache which has 1.2 GB of memory and it's full of .apk files ( some active apps on my phone, others that I had on the phone and later uninstalled to free up storage ).
I tried Testing, by deleting a few apps that were not important, but still installed on my phone to see what happened. The installed apps are still working, even after deleting the .apk in this file folder.
I am thinking about just clearing the entire folder. Is there any reason, I should refrain from deleting this cache folder. If I can delete the full folder, it'll free up a ton of space, and I won't have to worry about upgrading my phone.
Thanks
