Hi!
I have the following problem, it happens that the phone will crash and suddenly loses all battery.
Please help. I've already done WIPE phone.

Does it tend to crash at around the same battery level? And when you say "crash", is this a reboot or a shutdown?

My suspicion is that your battery is dying, and is actually running out of power while still telling the phone it has charge left.

Looking at the way the battery is suddenly falling to nothing after just 5 hours, looks very much like a battery problem. Then it's coming back up, because it's charging on USB. This a Chinese dual-SIM phone is it?
