Help Manually upgrade to 5.0

[Android Question]

Hi. My name is Lucas and i have a BIG problem. I recently bought a DENVER TAD 10083(http://www.denver-electronics.com/denver-tad-10083/) and i was happy with the results. 1 problem though. They are not going to upgrade to android 5.0. So i would like to know if you can manually upgrade to android 5.0 in any way shape or form. Thanks for looking at this

It doesn't look like it, sorry.

At the very least, you'd need to rooted and I can't find a root method and everything would kinda hinge on that.
