Map app

Does such a thing exist or is it possible?

I have several maps saved with pins and info. Some pins are on both maps.
I would like to be able to load all the maps onto one and remove duplicates.
Then also myself or others be able to submit a new location to be loaded.

Ideas?

How are you saving your maps? What format is the data in?

If you give me more information I can possibly develop an app to do what you want, assuming something doesn't already exist.
