marine corp themes

just switched from the storm blackberry to the evo, I have found no marine corps themes at the usual sites at least for androids. I'm I missing something?

make your own, find a background, and use bettercut to change your icons. read around on this forum and the xda theme section and it should be no problem for you.
 
How do you make your own themes? Do you download an app and do it on your phone or is it on the computer? Using bettercut, you download it from the marketplace and it is all on your phone right? How and where do you get the icons? It doesn't change anything else right, just the icons?
