Market Apps with AT&T???

So I unlocked the G1 with AT&T and I had found a link to be able to use the Tmobile Market Apps with it--but have since seen articles stating Tmobile no longer allows App access on unlocked G1s. Any thoughts?:(
 
as long as you dont have a developers unlocked G1, then you should have access to the app market. I have a G1 on att and can download from the market.
