Market Enabler?

Help guys, i currently live right at the bottom of the world (South Africa), and while most of you think (or used to think before 2010) that we live in a jungle, or a desert, you are wrong... We DO have cellphones here, and since Google doesn't seem to think so, we have no access to paid apps

Now i need to get myself some paid apps, and have no clue how, i am willing to pay with my credit card (As long as it is safe).... now some say D) that i can use this market enabler, if my phone is rooted, and i refuse to root, can i use it even if my phone isn't rooted? And if so, how?

Well, I never thought it was a jungle over there. There probably is lots less urbanization though, but it's not like people (I'm from Canada) think that's bad. Personally I think it'd be cool to live in a more natured world.

Ok, this sucks... If anyone has another solution (i'm even considering p*racy now) Please let me know, non-rooted solutions only though please!

You can always try writing the individual developers and see if they will work with you (example: they may allow you to paypal the cost of the app and then email the apk file).
