Help market is out of date please help

For a few days now when i go to the market app it says Your client is out of date and will update shortly. I cannot go any further and never updates. Each time i press market i get the same message. I want to get some new apps but cannot. Any help is apprecciated.

Install a fresh installment of the Android market. Just uninstall/reinstall the one you have and see how that favors for you.

If i uninstall it where do i go to get it back? Is there a link to it?

Just tried to uninstall and has no options to do that, so how do you uninstall the market app?

I've found that i cannot uninstall the Market app on my K1, but you can just install a new version of the Market. Search google for "android market apk" and there are a bunch of places to download it. Or check out: [APK] Android Market 3.3.11 - xda-developers

Just be sure to use the more recent one going forward.
