Help Market / Server Error [Retry]

HI guys, I am sure this issue has been addressed - I ask from moderators to close the thread and put a link where I may find relates responses.

I cannot access Market in my ACE. I did try reboot, uninstalling updates, clearing data/cache, logging to Google talk few times (to sync to google servers) and so on, nothing helped.

Google Play logo disappeared, now its back to Market logo, but still get the same msg [Server Error - Retry]

Any other ideas?

I also did the Factory Data Reset, yet... cant open the Market

Lots of people getting this error and most can't fix it. Seems to be a Google issue (although they don't seem to want to admit it!) and some have suggested its only effecting certain regions.

Does anyone got solution to this issue? I got error in Google Play yesterday, in addition, Google Maps FC'es, Talk closes without logging in or any message info.

I cleared Google Framework Data/Cache, Same with Play/Market & Talk, rebooted to recovery, did Dalvik/Cache clear and it still didn't help.

I haven't triend factory-reset - that's a last resord solution..
