I have an HTC Magic+ on Rogers (Android 2.1), and have had access to the Market since a long time, never really had any trouble with it.
Since early this week, I'm trying to download a new app from the Market, but can't... Market is stuck in an infinite loop, trying to download, but not making any progress on the "progress bar".
I've been through the Google Support forums, contact them (not much help there) and have reset my device several times since (both software and hardware resets.) I've also tried clearing the Market Cache and Download Manager Cache in Manage Applications... while this stops the infinite loop, as soon as I retry, it starts all over again...
When I "hard reset", the phone reverts back to an "old" Market version (1714), but it immediately (and silently, there's no indication it's doing so) updates itself to 2002306.
Anyone else have this issue? I think this version of the Market is broken... thoughts?
