Hi all,

my first post and sadly its a request for help.

I got my new HTC Desire on Vodafone UK couple of days ago. I signed up to google for the Andriod Market and when I try buy some it states " There were errors in the information you provided".

I have tried other folks idea to add the Credit Card to the account and after 24hrs still not working. Just the same message.

Thought - I maybe adding my card to my old Google Account. However, I cant find a way to confirm which Google Account I have linked to my Andriod Market on my mobile - can this account be checked/detached/reattached?

Any one know how to fix this message problem or change the link to which google account?

Many thanks for any help, much appreciated!

Wayne

Here is the information I provide to users who have similar issues:

Here's some information I found online that might help:

If your credit/debit card was declined, consider the following issues
that users often encounter when making purchases online:

* Enter the entire card number without any spaces or dashes
* Verify your card hasn't expired, and enter the correct expiration date
* Enter the correct Card Verification Code (CVC)
o Google Checkout only sends CVC information to your bank
for the initial authorization of your card. To ensure the security of
your credit card information, Google does not store your CVC and it
will not be sent for all other authorizations.
* Confirm the billing address listed in your Google Checkout
account matches the billing address that appears on your credit/debit
card statement
