Yes it does. The record I've seen quoted is 20 minutes. I don't think mine was that long, but I went to the kitchen and grabbed a snack while booting.

I thought maybe it was just me. Felt like 5 minutes, but it probably wasn't that long. It is ridiculously longer than what I had on 5.1.1.
