Hello. I bought the event 3 days and not having minuts yet I downloaded all the apps i wanted and contacts, added music pictures and so on. I put it on my computer desk where the battery died over night. When turning it on in the morning it took like 3 minuts to turn on and when did it had been set back to factory specs with everything gone. I know i can get my contacts back from my google account but everything elce is gone is this going to happen to me again? Did i get a bad phone? This is really dissapointing.
