Help Mate 10 Lite: Disconnect Bluetooth without unpairing?

Hi!

I am using the Huawei Mate 10 Lite. I have a problem: I would like to disconnect from one Bluetooth device but NOT disconnect from all Bluetooth devices and NOT unpair the device (i.e., still remember it in my list). Is this possible on this phone?

Needless to say, it is extremely annoying to have my phone hijack all Bluetooth devices in the house whenever I need to use one, and it is also extremely annoying to have to constantly unpair and re-pair Bluetooth devices whenever I want to use them. Disconnecting and remembering a Bluetooth device ought to be a standard feature. Isn't it?

Thanks in advance!

I have a problem, too. I dropped my phone accidentally into a pond while the flashlight was on. When in underwater the flashlight was still on, that's how I found my phone. It was under 1-meter water. I read a blog about Huawei Mate 10 lite waterproof test and wonder should I tear down my phone and check out the inside.

Yeh, this phone is NOT waterproof. This video shows how to disassemble it for screen replacement.
Looks like it isn't glued, but requires correct sized screwdrivers, and a guitar pick as a spudger.

It should only connect to ('hijack') two Bluetooth devices simultaneously.

This is my Huawei Mate 10. which was connected to S01(speaker), and Nighthawk(headphones). But if I wanted it to connect to say AC-300(headphones) or S20(speaker) which are already on and paired, I only have to tap on it and it connects, but does disconnect one of the two already connected devices. As Bluetooth only allows two simultaneous connections for media devices, and music is played to the most recently connected device only.
