Help Mate 20 pro?

I live in the uk and have just upgraded to a Huawei mate 20 pro is this a renamed mate 10 pro for the European market or are they 2 separate phones?

I have the new mate 20 pro and absolutely love it, I moved over from a Google pixel and it's a massive jump forwards. The camera on it is excellent. The reason I asked the question is that I couldn't find a forum for the mate 20 pro just the mate 10 Pro.
