Maxx2 not ringing or registering missed calls

Lately I've been having problems with my Maxx2 not ringing or even registerng that I missed a call. I found this out whenI started getting text messages asking why was I sending calls to voicemail. This problem goes away after rebootig phone but soon returns after a few hours or days. Verizon tech support already had me do a factory reset.

Is anyone else having this problem? Verizon is treating this as a non-issue.

I have been having the same issues with my Droid Maxx 2. This problem presnted itself only about 3 weeks ago. I have done all of the things in this list and the problem comes back. Not immediately... but it comes back. I have no idea why verizon acts like this is not a known issue.

Your two threads were merged into this thread in this forum that is dedicated to discussing your phone.

Did you try running in Safe Mode? If it goes away it is caused by an app that you added.
