Hey folks,

My name is Peter and I'm here to learn how to make out of my standard HTC One a Google Edition handset.

Got the One surprisingly and I'm definitely not into all that Sense stuff.
Would like to make a GE device out of it asap and as close as possible - with original OTA updates through Google if possible.

It's not my main device so I'm not afraid of busting it... but would be happy for some links and help as it's the first time I wanna do sth like that...! (Am I crazy!?!?!?!)
