Help May of deleted OS when installing cyanogen mod

So awhile ago, I messed up installing cyanogen mod when I unlocked the bootloader the phone gets a error saying "FastBoot Reason: BootFailure"

I think I wiped the memory and the OS isnt there anymore. I was wondering how I can re-install an OS and be able to use my phone again.

Your first step should be to see if your recovery is intact.

Well to flash cm you have to use a recovery. So boot to bootloader. While power is of push volume down and power at the same time, then release the power. Then select recovery.

I plug it in and it goes straight into this screen and wont boot at all when trying to go into Recovery.

Now it's time for research, so what happened exactly?

Well, a bit ago I wanted to flash a new OS. So I followed a tutorial got the tools needed and started. After I unlocked the bootloader (I think its unlocked says so on that screen) it just wouldn't boot. It would boot like its normally going to but goes into that error screen.
