MC701A - BBC iplayer

Recently bought a MC701A tablet from Time2. Progressing slowly to set it up! One problem I have is in getting BBC iplayer to run. If I select "play", after a short pause I can hear audio, but see no picture. I have installed Flash Player 11.
I can see "live" BBC programs.

Any ideas? Thanks

I have just checked mine and have the same issue, will investigate now.

I re-installed iplayer and still have the same issue, I can use the website version of iplayer fine but the app seems to miss out the video and only give you the audio?!

BBC iPlayer is supported............on Flash 10.1-enabled Android tablets running Android 2.2 or later, with the ARMv7 processor.

I have Android 2.3.1 installed. I understand my processor is - 1.2GHz ARM Cortex A8.

There may be a setting I have not "discovered" yet.

I have tried to downgrade to a previous version of Flash Player but, although I have tried several sites, V11 overrides whatever I select!

iplayer with HD content is awful with my 1.2 Ghz box running 2.3.4. ITV player just about passable but not great, seems any andriod box has a long way to go yet, poor show so far - literally also !
