Why not pull down the notifications and see?

There are a vast number of apps so unless it's a well-known one the chances of anyone being able to identify it are slim. But if it's any consolidation there's nothing to indicate that it's a dating app (95% of "what is this app" queries we get are from people in insecure and untrusting relationships who are afraid they've seen a dating app in their partner's screenshot).

There are those apps where it seems like a normal app. . But it actually hides 'other' apps.. Not sure if it makes sense what I mean.. Can't think of what it is called now.. Is it not one of those?

Android itself usually does have provision for showing or hiding app notifications on an individual app basis, so I can't see the need for some third-party app to do that. So one can be discrete with the Tinder, Grindr, Ashley Madison, etc. But if any notifications are hidden. you'd definitely need to get hold of the device to find them.

What that notification is in the screen-shot, not a clue. But as it's next to the clock, it could even be a system app or process notification, that's specific to that particular phone make and model.

The clock is on the left these days (Android 9 or 10), so I reckon it's more likely a user app as it's to the right of the clock.

Power is all I've got. Some user installed app showing Power levels. I have "Battery Widget Reborn near my clock on my left and Sprint or Google's Battery icon on the right.
