Mecool hm8 Installation issues

Hello All,

Currently attempting to a fix a Mecool hm8 for a friend. They had called some tech support and followed the given instructions to speed up there android box. Through these instructions thet uninstalled all software.... factory re setting the machine without making a back up, in an attempt to clean it up. Then were unable to re install the necessary.

My issue..... where can i find such software or whatever i need to make this machine back to new. ?

You need to contact the actual supplier or manufacturer of the device I think for the correct instructions, tools and files it might need, rather than the "some tech support", that sounds like they don't have a clue.
