Hey everybody
I recently picked up a slightly used Galaxy note 3. It's unlocked and was formally with Rogers in Canada.
I've tried loading some of my favorite MP3s and AVI's. They show up for a day or two then they completely disappear from my music player and video player. They are still on the device as I can located them in they're respective folders. I can play them when I select them, but they will not show up in the phones media players despite all efforts.
I've tried using various search and file management apps but nothing seems to work.
I've tried restoring the phone which will work for a day or two then, kapoof! They're no longer in the media player including my playlists.
Anybody have any ideas?
