media files from games are mixed in with my personal media

Some video and music files are mixed in with my personal media in the gallery.

How do you separate them?

If your stock gallery hasn't the option to hide that game media folders you could try QuickPic as gallery.
QuickPic has an option to hide folders.

Also you could try to put a dot (.) in front of the game media folder's name (with a file manager like Estrongs File Explorer).
But then you game maybe will not find its media folder you have to try.
