Help Media Hub and Galaxy S3

I have a GS3 running 4.1.2. Video Hub is telling me that I need an upgrade, and when I follow the link I'm directed to the Media Hub app on Samsung Apps. However, when I try to download the Media Hub app, I get a "Service Not Available (1000)" error.

Anyone else encounter this? Is Media Hub not compatible with a GS3? I am in Canada - is Media Hub not available in Canada?

I was stucked with the same problem and did so many searches on many forums and nothing solved my problem until I tried this...beware it's weird:
Go to the app locker where the widgets are, find the app 'Samsung Link' and open it. It will prompt you to sign in. Do It even if you don't plan on using this feature. Once this app is configured, close it but don'sign out. Go now to the app called Samsung App. When you open it go to your account, it will now say 'sign in successful'. Doing this repairs the Samsung App functions back to normal.
