media not showing up anymore

Ok heres the problem i had an error message that read personal data full . so it redircted me to a screen to clear the memory. well i think i may have deleted the wrong file because now, my phone dosent read any new media ( gallary that is ) i can view movies, pics, and music threw the file folders. but the gallary displays is old media thats not there anymore but no new media. i have tryed tech support from the carrier and from samsung. no help anywhere. i knew more about the phone then they did.
can any one help me fix my phone?

P.S. factory reset worked at first but then when i tryed to add something new it happened again.
