So, I have another problem.

When I first got my SG3 I plugged it into my computer and it installed the drivers just fine and i could navigate the phone with ease.

Since then I have reformatted my computer and have inserted my phone into the USB and downloaded the drivers only this time it asked me If i wanted to download some verizon update that helps file transfers.

Now when I plug in my phone it recognizes it but when i click on it to access my files there is absolutely nothing there, regardless that all of my stuff is still on my phone and clearly working.

Should I just uninstall the phone driver and not update the file transfer thing from Verizon ?

Has anyone else had this problem ?

Maybe you should just get stock drivers instead. I can't remember where exactly I found mine, through some links on XDA, but the file name goes something like that: SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones.exe

You should find it with ease.

Secondly, this might be silly question, but have you put any security lock on the phone? If you have pattern or password lock, you can see the phone, but you won't be able to see the files, unless, while connected you on the phone and unlock it. The content of your folders should reappear.Just trying my luck :)
