Help MediaScape and Photo Tagging.

Hey Everyone!

Depsite the handful of drawbacks on the X10, I have to say that I am thoroughly enjoying the phone so far.
Anyone a pro with Mediascape?

Here is the problem I am having.

I have uploaded let's say 10 pictures of my gf. All the pictures have just her in them, no one else. In Mediascape, I am able to tag only a handful of the photos with her contact info. The rest of the photos do not bring up the option to tag the photos.

Any help or insight into tagging would be appreciated!

I think it depends on whether the camera software detects a face when the photo is being taken (usually a yellow box will appear on the persons face to indicate this before the photo is taken).

Yea, these are photos I manually transferred to the phone.

Hi, i've found the same. I uploaded a load of pics from my pc to the phone when i first got it months ago. It let me tag most of them but not some. It also regularly forgot the tags and i had to re-tag them every once in a while. I updated the firmware yesterday to the latest version and now it has lost all my tags and i can only tag 6 of around 80 pics!! I, too use a task killer app, so it could be some conflct there?

Not sure if it's the task killer...I think the programming for face recognition requires some tweaking.
