Mega software update ?

My mega had a prompt for me to update the software this morning. I opted to postpone it for 6 hrs (you have this option) until I know more about it.

It said once you update you cannot downgrade to old version.

It also says it's for improved stability ,but my mega works like a champ.
It also says it's for Compatibility with Galaxy Gear.

It's 77.83 MB

Anyone have any additional info ?

PS: I'm not rooted and it's a MetroPCS Mega.

It sounds like the 4.3 update. There have been so many problems with it, across so many phones, that I wouldn't put it on my phone.

OMG

I decided to update and currently updating as I type.

I hope I have no problems because my Mega has been flawless !

Update finished and still showing 4.2.2.
