memo app that evades login?

I'm new to the Android universe, so apologies in advance if this is already a dead horse..

I'd like to make voice memos when I drive.

Which means, since I am a responsible law-abiding doesn't-want-to-squish-anyone driver, that I'd like as little interaction with the phone as possible.

Ideally, just press a button and start talking.

Is there an app, or a workaround, that will let me skip the swipe/login? Similar to the way that the camera is always accessible?

Is it something you could do with OK Google? I only use it for setting timers or responding to texts while driving, so I'm not sure. Just throwing it out there.
